IMI Level 1 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance
The Level 1 Motor Vehicle Maintenance course is designed to provide a foundational approach to qualifications and prepare learners for entry into the motor vehicle industry. This qualification can also serve as an introductory course for a broad range of learners interested in the field. The course is tailored for delivery in a training environment using simulated conditions, and assessments are based on learners demonstrating their knowledge and skills through the completion of all qualification requirements. All units of training must be completed, and all outcomes must be achieved during the program (site-based testing evidence is not allowed). To earn the diploma, learners must successfully complete all units, the synoptic practical assignment, and multiple-choice tests. Additionally, learners must pass the E-valve online test.
