All courses provided by Chameleon School of Construction Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Chameleon School of Construction Ltd reserves the right to decline to accept any application for enrolment on any course. If your enrolment is accepted, but it transpires that the course is not appropriate for you, Chameleon School of Construction shall be entitled to cancel your enrolment at any time.

2. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT.

3. No refunds will be given unless 10 days notice is given by the client. Full payment for all training booked and confirmed by the client must be made 10 days prior to the training course taking place. A £120 deposit is required or in the case of the Coving and Women´s Only Course full payment will be required at the time of the booking.

4. Payment can be made online by debit or credit card. Payments can be made in person by cash or by cheque (please allow 7 days before the course commences for cheques to clear). If there are less than 7 days before the course commences then another payment method must be used. Confirmation will be sent via email and/or post.

5. If you fail to attend part of any course without Chameleon School of Construction Ltd´s written agreement and have to re-book, a further fee will be payable.

6. Chameleon School of Construction Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel courses. Other dates will be offered to clients, however if the dates are not suitable for the client a full refund can be requested.

7. Where registration and/or certification fees are payable to an accrediting body, Chameleon School of Construction Ltd shall have the right to pass on any increase in such fees notified by Chameleon School of Construction Ltd after the date of your enrolment.

8. All course fees must be paid in full before the issue of your certification if applicable.

9. Assessments and examinations are governed by the accrediting body. The cost of any re-sits shall be paid for by the learner.

10. All learners must conform to and comply with the Health and Safety Policy as laid down by Chameleon School of Construction Ltd. The Health and Safety Policy will be explained during an induction at the start of the course. Breaches of this policy may result in the learner being suspended or excluded from the course and the premises without any reimbursement of fees paid.

11. All appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be provided by Chameleon School of Construction with the exception of Steel Toe Capped Boots which learners must provide. In the case of the Women´s Only Course – strong sturdy footwear ie boots or trainers will be adequate.

12. Learners are required to be punctual at all courses and sessions.

13. Chameleon School of Construction Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury caused by not wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment provided on the course unless it is caused by the negligence of any of our staff.

14. No disruptive behaviour will be tolerated in any form. Being under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs is strictly forbidden. Anybody found to be in breach of this will be immediately ejected from the course and the premises without reimbursement of any fees paid.

15. Where a learner is undergoing a course of prescribed drugs, they should inform Chameleon School of Construction Ltd of the nature of the drugs and any side effects they might have. Chameleon School of Construction Ltd may then seek assurance that training can be carried out without risk to you and fellow learners. The decision of Chameleon School of Construction Ltd in relation to this is final.

16. Completion of any course at Chameleon School of Construction Ltd does not guarantee your competence to perform work or your ability to gain employment in the relevant field and Chameleon School of Construction Ltd makes no representation as to such competence and you must seek further instruction or supervision if necessary. Any statement made to you by Chameleon School of Construction Ltd regarding the likelihood of obtaining employment and/or your potential earnings shall be treated as a matter of opinion and shall be non-binding.

17. All equipment owned by Chameleon School of Construction Ltd must not be removed from the training school. Any damage to Chameleon School of Construction Ltd´s equipment or property caused by learners will be invoiced to the relevant learner´s.
