If you work in the Construction industry you may find it is essential that you are obtain your CSCS card. We make that easy at Chameleon School of Construction, based in Swadlincote approximately 10 miles from Derby as we are able to offer the Health and Safety and Environment test.
By having your CSCS card you can prove that you have the required training and qualifications to work on a building site.
There is a range of CSCS cards to reflect the varied occupations in construction. Before applying it is always important to check you have selected the right card for the work you undertake. In order to obtain your CSCS card you will need to:
demonstrate you have achieved the recognised qualifications required for your occupation

CSCS
From 1st July 2014 the green Construction Site Operative (CSO) card is no longer being issued. There is a new green CSCS card only available for people working in labouring occupations.
If you have a green CSO this will be valid until its expiry date after which you will need to achieve either a Level 1 Award in Health and safety in a Construction Environment or a one day Site Safety Plus Certificate before being able to take the Health and Safety and Environment test.
Please call 01283 213427 to find out our next available date for the one day Site Safety Plus Certificate the cost is £160 + VAT all major credit/debit cards accepted (cost includes book and registration fee) Once you have successfully completed the Site Safety Plus Certificate you will be able book to take the Health and Safety and Environment test.
