Centre manager and Lead for Quality and Training –  Teresa Swift has 26 years of working in education including working at  Chameleon for over 10 years, she is passionate about ensuring training meets the demands of the construction industry having grown up in a family of construction workers.

Operations Manager Steve Crossley has a long history in the building sector and also in education. His time at Chameleon spans over 10 years, Steve works alongside Teresa in the daily running of the centres.
